After the 2-day period you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund.

REFUND

You can cancel an order until it has been packed by our printing and dispatch team through our Website, Email, or contact customer service via call. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER

ONCE I CANCEL WHEN DO I GET THE FUNDS BACK?

For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking or Wallets you will receive a refund (including Shipping Charges, if any) into the source account within 7-10 business days from the time of order cancellation.

EXCHANGE POLICY

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. For a domestic customer a flat fee of Rs.2000/- ( Rupees two thousand only ) will be charged to cover shipping cost. For an international delivery, the shipping and forex exchange cost will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. incase it is damaged or defective, we will need proof and will exchange it free of cost

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
